Responsibilities

We currently have a great opportunity available for a Part Time Hemostasis Sales Representative. The Part-Time Hemostasis Solutions Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales for our portfolio of Hemostasis products. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants the flexibility of a part-time role.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1. Assist with data collection and entry to support sales reporting and lead tracking.
2. Conduct prospecting research to identify potential customers and decision-makers.
3. Make outbound phone calls to current and prospective clients under the guidance of the sales team.
4. Update and maintain CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for all customer interactions
5. Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning and strategy discussions.
6. Assist with tracking and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
7. Monitor and report on key performance metrics and sales pipeline progress.
8. Perform competitive research and summarize findings to support sales positioning and messaging.
9. Help develop and organize equipment proposals for prospective customers.
10. Other duties as assigned

 

Percentage of Travel: 0 - 10%

Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED degree or 1-3 years required experience in inside sales including experience in the Armed Forces. Degree a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales preferred. Medical device, life sciences, or clinical diagnostics industry is a plus.

  •  

    Proficiency in the English language is required.

  • Proficiency with MS Dynamics CRM software a plus; willingness to learn CRM software is a must.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Must be highly organized. Must be able to work at total of 10-15 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9:00 – 5:00 PM CT
