Responsibilities

Main Activities and Responsabilities:

  1. Manage a national territory (Brazil) and a team of Clinical Application Specialists that provide exceptional clinical and implementation support.
  2. Provide clinical and technical expertise, demonstrate experience and knowledge of laboratory hematology and urinalysis disciplines and best practices.
  3. Resolve resource and customer issues, coordinating scheduling for Applications support and customer requests. Assist with implementations as necessary.
  4. Manage escalations, utilizing all available resources to resolve issues.
  5. Communicate with and inform the appropriate management team. Monitor and intervene for service recovery if needed. Provide support to the Distributor’s Team and manage account escalations/incident resolutions.
  6. Ensure that appropriate documentation is completed for all tasks and that issues and resolutions are properly logged into Metrix. Prepare monthly reports on the activities carried out in Brazil by the CAS.
  7. Review customer feedback via ConfirmIt survey results, proactively following up** based on feedback from customers and/or CAS.
  8. Collaborates with Field Service, Technical Assistance Center (TAC), and Sales team to support customers with requests, optimization activities, and implementations.
  9. Participate in the development of new clinical systems, processes, and programs to enhance existing services.
  10. Provide development opportunities for the team, establish performance standards, and complete performance management responsibilities. Educate and coach staff regarding performance concerns.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA required.
  • Proven experience in application support and/or management, including all aspects of field implementations in hematology, urinalysis, and laboratory automation.
  • English proficiency at C1 level.
  • Spanish proficiency at B1 level is a plus.
